1. Appoinment
In order to have the time and space available as all our valuable brides deserves, we require an appointmet for your first consultation and the fittings days.
2. Consultation / First visit
Your apoinmentt day has come! You’re about to start a great process to make your dress fits and look great with our skilled team. Consultation does not have any fee.
3. Fittings
Some dresses need minor adjustments but others are a complete project. Based on the complexity of your gown you will need to come betwen two or three times, sometimes extra fitting dates are needed. We don’ t want to rush the process, our goal is not only meet but exceed your expectations.
4. Pick up day
We have worked hard and with to much passion on your dress. we are so glad to had the opportunity of get your wedding gown tailored and be part of this special ocassion of your life time. Your dress is now pressed and ready to go with you just to wait for the big day.

4. How soon in advance should I set my appointment to get my wedding gown altered?
You can set an apointment with us as soon as you wish but no later than 6 weeks before your weeding date. However if your dress dont require major
alterations you we’ll be able to take appointments with a minimun of two weeks before your wedding day.
5. How long it takes to get my wedding gown tailored?
Bridal alterations usually takes four weeks. However depending the complexity of the alterations to perform and how busy we are. It may takes up to six or eigth weeks, we recommend to set your appointment with enough time.
6. Does your alterations has a warranty policy?
We definitely offer a limited warranty for all our costumers. If something came loose or you notice something was done wrongly you can bring your dress
back to have it fixed free of charge.
This doesn’t cover the fitting changes asocciated with weight changes.
